4. WHAT IS THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE APP?
Our app provides an e-bike and electric scooter rental service. Users can find nearby vehicles, unlock them, and ride within designated service areas. The app uses location to show available vehicles, service zones, rental stations, and to support navigation and trip tracking during rides.
5. DECRIBE ONE LOCATION-BASED- FEATURE THAT NEEDS BACKGROUND ACCESS
During an active ride, the app continuously tracks the user’s location in the background to ensure the vehicle stays within allowed geofenced areas. If the rider exits the service zone or enters a restricted area, the app detects it and alerts the user. This requires real-time location updates even when the app is minimized or the screen is locked.
6. COOKIES AND LOG FILES
We collect information through log files and cookies. These allow us to process statistics and information about traffic on the Website, to ease navigation, and to improve your experience for your comfort.
